KHSA was organized to help homeowners who are living at or below the US poverty level in need of assistance with keep their home safe and secure.

Our goal simply stated is… to keep homeowners in their home as long as they want to live there. We will assess the needs of the homeowners who qualify and determine a plan forward to address the most immediate needs, whether inside or outside the home.
